This is a yellow passion fruit, which grows wild in the West Indies. They were abundant and inexpensive when we shopped. Mary at Trellis Bay Cyber Cafe showed us how to make passion fruit juice from them.

This is a yellow passion fruit, which Walker has cut in half to remove the juice and pulp.

This is the juice and pulp from one yellow passion fruit. Each seed is encased in a juicy sac. You extract the juice by mashing the seed sac. The juice has a very intense flavor, somewhat like a very tart citrus-orange. To make a delicious juice, you dilute the juice and add just a bit of sugar.

A small shark that Clinton and Walker pulled from one of Clinton's lobster traps. The shark soon became bait.

The catch from the day Walker spent as the mate aboard Aviance, tending Clinton's lobster traps off Anegada. The day's catch came to about 50 pounds of lobster, which Clinton sold to the Anegada Reef Hotel for $8.00 per pound.
