The shelves in use with six flats, each containing 18 jiffy pots of new planting. The seeds were planted on December 16, and are mostly herbs: parsley, thyme, sage, cilantro, fennel, and chives. Also some flowers: impatiens, gerbera, sunflower, marigold, bachelor buttons, and some ginger that had begun to sprout. The plastic cups have passion fruit plantings in them for Nancy's school class. There are also three orchids that we brought back from Anegada last June.

The simple heater. $17.00 at Lowe's. Although rated the same as the original Black and Decker heater, this unit seems to put out more heat, and cost less than half as much. It is controlled entirely by the greenhouse heater control circuit.
