Walker's Chocolate Cookies Recipe
Combine all ingredients except pecans. Dough will be very stiff - don't burn up your mixer!
Add pecans to dough.
Powder hands with extra cocoa.
Put remainder of cocoa in a small bowl
Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough into cocoa in bowl, then roll between palms until round.
Place on cookie sheet, 2 inches apart.
Flatten with cocoa-powdered bottom of glass until 1/4 inch thick.
Bake 12 minutes at 350°F.
