Bottle of Botl-O Lemon (Postwar)
This is a postwar
non-shouldered bottle of Botl-O lemon, produced after the reintroduction of Botl-O in
1948. Botl-O was one of the soft drinks acquired by B. T. Fooks during the early expansion
of the company. The line was dropped during World War II, when the company concentrated
its efforts on promotion and production of Grapette. Botl-O was reintroduced in 1948. The
Botl-O line had 14 different flavors in a single style bottle, with the cap indicating the
flavor contained inside.
