Dark and Stormy

• Gosling's Black Seal rum (there really is no decent substitute)
• Ginger beer (a non-alcoholic soft drink) - anywhere from 1 to 4 parts ginger beer to 1 part rum
• Fresh lime

Pour rum over ice in glass, add ginger beer and a squeeze of lime. Stir and enjoy.

This drink originated in Bermuda, home of Gosling's. Vernon Soares popularized the Dark and Stormy drink in the BVI, and sponsors the annual Dark and Stormy Regatta, a race from Tortola to Anegada.
