Quito's Legend

• 1 shot Bacardi white rum
• 1 shot Smirnoff vodka
• 1 shot Peach schnapps
• 1 oz. blue curacao
• 1 oz. sweet & sour mix (simple syrup & lime)
• 3 oz. 7-Up
• 1 oz. grenadine

Pour rum, vodka, and schnapps into a 12-ounce glass. Slowly add the blue curacao, then the sweet & sour mix. Carefully add the 7-up. Finally, slowly add the grenadine. The final drink should have a layered look: orange, blue, and pink. Garnish with orange slice, lime slice, and maraschino cherry.

This drink comes from Quito's Gazebo in Cane Garden Bay.  Quito Rhymer, the owner, is an artist, composer, musician, and singer. He is the most dominant music figure in the BVI, and he is an extremely nice person. Quito normally performs solo on Tuesday and Thursday nights. On Friday and Saturday nights, party and dance away to the music of Quito and his band "The Edge".

No trip to the BVI is complete without a trip to the Gazebo.
