Rum Sauce Recipe
This rum sauce is a perfect topper for ice cream or anything else that is begging for rum. We like over the Painkiller Cake #2. Talk about an over-the-top dessert!
Method:
Melt butter in a sauce pan over medium heat.
Mix brown sugar and cornstarch together and stir into the butter.
Pour in rum, milk, and cream. Cook over medium heat until mixture is thick and smooth, whisking constantly.
Remove from heat and let cool.
