This is a special edition of the No. 2 Hawk-Eye Model C, issued in 1930 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Eastman Kodak Company. Approximately 550,000 of these cameras were given away to children that were 12 years old in 1930.

The camera has a special gold-colored commemorative seal on the side. Although this camera is commonly found with the seal faded to a silver color, it is fairly rare with the seal still a nice gold color, and very rare with the original box, shown here.
