Plants and Gardening

      GreenhouseWe enjoy plants and gardening -- particularly tropical plants that remind us of our Caribbean travels. In the fall of 2003, we built a small greenhouse. The greenhouse really opened the door to tropical gardening, as we can now have species that don't like even the mild winters that we have in Houston.

      Gardening is a very relaxing activity, but it does require a lot of patience. The rewards are tremendous.

      We kept photo journal of building the greenhouse. We also keep photo journals of greenhouse gardening, as well as photo journals of some of our plant species. The online photo journals are:
